Privacy

The Works is provided by MEER LABS, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This page explains what data we process, why, and who else is involved. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we store

• Your account: name, email address and sign-in details, handled by Clerk, our authentication provider.
• Your workspace: agents, chats, the handbook and knowledge pages, settings, and the files you attach. Stored in a database hosted in the European Union.
• Secrets you store for agents, encrypted at rest and never shown to the agents in chat.
• Usage records: which model or computer was used, for how long, and what it cost, per agent.

Who processes your data for us

• Model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and providers reachable through OpenRouter) receive the content of a conversation when an agent works on it, to produce its replies.
• Daytona runs the agents' cloud computers. What an agent does on its computer, including browsing and files, happens there.
• Composio handles the connections to the apps you authorise (email, calendar, and others) and executes the actions the agents request within the scope you granted.
• Railway hosts the service and the database in the European Union. Clerk handles sign-in.

We only share what is needed for the task at hand, and we do not sell data.

Why we process it

To run the service you asked for: the agents cannot work without reading the messages you give them. To bill you correctly. To keep the service secure and to fix problems. Where the law requires a legal basis, that basis is the contract with you and, for security and abuse prevention, our legitimate interest.

Retention

Your workspace data stays as long as your account exists. You can reset a workspace yourself in Settings, which deletes its agents, chats and knowledge. Deleting your account removes the rest within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your data. Most of it you can do yourself in the product; for the rest, write to us and we act within 30 days. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you think we handle your data wrongly.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as the theme). No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
